The Shortstop Deli was founded in 1978 by Albert and Cindy who set out to build the BEST SANDWICH in Ithaca.
Albert and Cindy chose to use only the finest Meats, Cheeses and Vegetables served on offered on bread baked right in the store!
They allowed the customer to decide the toppings, so the customer could really have it Their Way.
We think the two of them have succeeded in creating Ithaca’s BEST SANDWICH!
